Yeqi Huang 40348fcb14 fix(v1-zh): absorb fixes from stale pull requests (#508) ...

Port still-valid fixes from old PRs to the v1/zh_chapters layout:
- GTP-3 -> GPT-3 and full-width brackets (#477, #460)
- 编译器前端 figure caption typo (#466, #460)
- transmission delay is b*l, not b (#481)
- missing `predicted` line in the inference example (#470)
- duplicated paragraph and escaped brackets inside math in the
  federated learning privacy section (#461)
