[COURSE] Update MIT 6.824 to its new course number 6.5840 (#908)

MIT renumbered 6.824 as 6.5840 starting in Spring 2023. Update the
course title, links and lab count accordingly:

- Title the course "MIT 6.5840 (formerly 6.824)" in the nav, the course
  page and the roadmap, keeping the old number visible so readers and
  search still find it.
- Point the course website and MapReduce lab links at pdos.csail.mit.edu/6.5840/.
- The labs went from 4 to 5 (MapReduce, Key/Value server, Raft, KV Raft,
  Sharded KV), so update the assignment counts.

File paths and URLs are left unchanged so existing links to
csdiy.wiki/.../MIT6.824/ keep working, same as MIT 6.S081 (now 6.1810).
