ce608d9a64 koji_hub / kojira: expire dist repos after 7 days 
We orig set this because we didn't want our infra repos to disappear
after a week. However, I think now koji keeps latest repos forever, it
is just the older ones that get expired. This should save a significat
amount of disk space.

b64821ae41 bvmhost-p09-03: look at adding iscsi volume for builders 
Setup a iscsi volume, lets see if getting it working on ppc64le is
as simple/the same as x86_64.

6a1e02667f Increase some nagios nrpe/total processes limits for some busy hosts. 
These hosts all alerted over the holidays and they are just fine,
just recent kernels seem to spawn more threads.

acded5f1be proxies / redirects: add trailing / to prevent unintended redirects 
Without this you can get the redirect to redirect to another host.
Not a super big problem, but definitely not intended.
Hopefully just adding a tailing / will not break anything.

eafcece0cf batcave: redirect http to https 
We hadn't done this in the past because virt-install couldn't do https
urls, but thats long since no longer the case.

So, move all the ks_url and ks_repo calls to use https and since they
are using https, they need to use the valid
infrastructure.fedoraproject.org name so they can verify the cert.

Set batcave to redirect http to https now since that was the thing
holding this back.
