43de361092 relvalconsumer: also enable the new AMI page updater 
I just wrote an additional consumer class in relvalconsumer that
should update the new AMI info pages for composes whenever a new
AMI is published; this should enable that new consumer.

6f1fade1ab bodhi-backend: re-add fedmsg/base for now 
The sync script calls python2 fedmsg stuff. We want to replace it with fedora-messaging,
but we want to do that carefully since mirrormanager depends on messages to decide when
to update directory lists. So, do this for now, and revert it when we have time to manage
the full transition.

42a0bafb83 resultsdb: clean up and simplifications 
- Simplify the topic that are listened to in staging, no need to repeat them
  when we can use * instead.
- Drop rdbsync since we're moving to fedora-messaging
- Adjust the playbook to install ci-resultsdb-listener

713979b3a0 proxies: add registry-no-cdn host to proxies 
This host shares with registry vhost, but if it's used it bypasses downloading from the cdn.
We need this internally on composes that download flatpaks. They need to get them direct
from our registry and not from an external cdn.

77670b9610 Bodhi: Split the buildconfig for stg and for prod 
This way we can change things in staging without impacting production since
we're in freeze.
Once the freeze is over, we'll likely want to migrate production to the new
way.
While splitting the buildconfig, we're also moving out the docker files to
make the file easier to read.
