8f075d1409 branched-composer: Send output of branched composes to releng-cron list 
We really want to save the output of branched jobs so we can easier
track down issues and fix them.

Normally this would be a freeze break, but I can't imagine how it would
cause any issues and it's one character, so I am just doing it. :)

1a302f3617 chmod composes TMPDIR to 755 
For some reason starting with F33, the tmp dirs are created with 700
perms and that is causing issues with running scripts in releng dir

7984b46eb7 The great phx2 pruning run (1st cut). 
Since we no longer have any machines in phx2, I have tried to remove
them from ansible. Note that there are still some places where we need
to remove them still: nagios, dhcp, named were not touched, and in cases
where it wasn't pretty clear what a conditional was doing I left it to
be cleaned up later.

bd59cac72d FTBFS reminder: Deal with week numbers 01 to 09 correctly 
Apparently, date +%W gives week number with leading zero and there is no alternative.

Shell math's % cannot deal with that, so we sed the zero out.
