9e13fede63 MM crawler: skip lost+found during rsync crawl 
The rsync based crawler has two excludes hardcoded:

 cmd = "rsync --temp-dir=/tmp -r --exclude=.snapshot --exclude='*.~tmp~'"

To avoid failures during rsync crawling this adds 'lost+found' to the
exclude list via the configuration file.

aaa694f7e4 bodhi pungi ostree: point to different repos for f28 
The f28 repos we need to tap into are not in the same locations
as for post release (f26/f27) runs.

c728992501 move to unified atomic ostree repo structure 
We move to /compose/atomic/repo for the compose time repo and to
/atomic/repo for the production/user repo. See [1].
