This reverts commit b42e53c912.

So, the new curl fails in a new way, possibly related to timeouts.
Just disable this again for now until we can figure it out.

This reverts commit 73e51deb3c.

There is a new curl in rawhide that has some h2 fixes, so we want to
see if it fixes the issues we were having or not.

Curl error (16): Error in the HTTP2 framing layer
