908fb48c17 rdu-cc: Turns out the network there is a /24 not a /23 
We only noticed this because we can't get to resources in the other /24
subnet from ours. :) All the other rdu-cc hosts are fine, just these
need adjusting.

8a65238577 hardware: disable checking swap on hardware for now 
RHEL8 kernels on virthosts in particular are aggressive about filling up
swap. This causes no issues, but is causing a lot of alert fatigue.
Ideally we would switch all swap checks to swap+memory free checks of
some sort. We should look at that when moving to zabbix.

We add vpn to it to make ipa work, drop old openshift volumes, change
the name and in general get it ready to add to ansible.

069e8f9aac vmhost-p08-copr01: fix br1 bridge port 
We had it set to eth1, when it was eth0.
This caused networkmanager to make a 'Wired connection 1' that used dhcp
and got a IP and default route. This should hopefully fix that.

669980c20e Comment out buildhw-a64-09.iad2.fedoraproject.org from inventory. Clean up dhcpd.conf 
Remove from dhcpd.conf the following hosts which are off:
buildhw-a64-07.iad2.fedoraproject.org
buildhw-a64-09.iad2.fedoraproject.org
buildhw-a64-10.iad2.fedoraproject.org

These are mustangs which no longer work.

f4c53a495a value02.stg: adjust playbook to run old fedmsg/python2 stuff only on value01 
value02 will be rhel8/python3. So for now we leave mote and fedmsg-irc
on value01 (python2/rhel7).
