f6b38111ff openQA: try only 3 workers per aarch64 host 
4 seems a bit too many (esp. since we assign 4GB per job and
the hosts only have 16GiB RAM). Let's try 3. I hope there's no
case where we actually *need* to run 4 tap jobs simultaneously.

e069489ecc Tweak openQA asset size settings again 
The UI makes this easier to investigate now, and it looks like
we could give x86_64 a bit more space, but other arches less.
So let's tweak things to do that. This should also reduce
overall usage on staging a bit, as it's up against its limits.

a0e93efde2 openQA: tweak ansible_ifcfg_whitelist handling for workers 
As we have more and more tap workers, it's no longer practical
to do this for the whole group, as each one seems to have a
*different* set of interfaces a) present and b) 'active'. So
let's just take it out of the group vars and do it per-host
instead. Each tap worker only actually has *one* real hardware
interface that should be handled by network / NetworkManager,
so we just list that one per-host (it's eth0 for all of them
except the ppc64 host, which is eth2 for some damn reason).

41bdf9d47b inventory: fix openqa aarch worker group memberships again 
We really should not deploy these straight to production, they
need to go to staging first. It's easy to move them if we're
happy with everything. Also, both boxes need to be in the main
workers group.
