fa101ba51d Make ansible-ansible-openshift-ansible more generic 
Previously the ansible-ansible-openshift-ansible role was extremely
limited and wasn't very useful outside the scope of OSBS. This
change makes it more generic so that it can be used to deploy a full
OpenShift Container Platform cluster.

Necessary updates for the osbs group playbook is also in this change
