The service will soon emit messages when new images are uploaded. This
grants it access to publish under the fedora_image_uploader topic.

Specific topics under the org.fedoraproject.prod prefix look like:

5ea04b305b 📧 fasjson(aliases): Update cpe-managers alias 
While working on other unrelated changes, I noticed that this alias
appears to be out-of-date for 2024. This commit changes `cpe-managers@`
to include @blc, @smilner, @jbley, and @humaton, and remove Leigh
Griffin and Stefan Mattejiet.

I made this update using the Fedora+CPE Management sync call roster, but
if this alias should reflect something different, please advise! :-)

f0f0062de1 fedora-image-uploader: Fix config for new package name 
The Python package was renamed[0] upstream. Because the container
contains a default CMD that was updated to reference the new callback
path, the only thing that broke in production was the logging.

7f73f1253e openqa/worker: don't explicitly pull in ffmpeg-free on aarch64 
We don't want it there - see earlier commits - but I didn't
notice it's actually explicitly listed here for all arches,
which breaks stuff on aarch64 now we told dnf to exclude it.

438979a996 [postfix] Add mailman staging lists 
I followed the instruction from
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/8455#comment-913675, but this is
my first time I actually doing anything in postfix configuration, so I'm not
sure if everything I did is correct.

The SMTP port on the machine seems to be open according to group_vars for the
mailman_stg.
