5deea2c323 Revert "looks like we might not need this on ppc64 hosts" 
We do need it. Just due to compose issue we need to manually install it for now.

a32f8b9e4a Change ansible_fqdn to inventory_hostname. This fixes some few hosts that have incorrect reverse dns 
and shouldn't break any others since we always use fully qualified in our inventory.

9cea8170d4 Simplify fasclient package installation 
Using package, we can merge the yum/dnf duplication, and
we do not need is_rhel, since only EL6 will have ansible_distribution_major_version
at 6.
