44eaaecc00 Switch hotness staging to src.fedoraproject.org 
It seems unable to talk to src.stg.fedoraproject.org so this configures
it to talk to the production version.

23a4be2b01 Fix the-new-hotness git url 
It contained /cgit/ which is to the cgit interface, not the actual
repository.

e86098f17a Connect staging hotness to production anitya 
Ideally we should have a staging anitya for the staging hotness to
connect to, but we don't at the moment, so this connects it to the
production anitya fedmsg bus.

6fd3e6bf64 Explicitly set krb_proxyuser to None in the-new-hotness 
Currently all settings are expected to be present and don't have
defaults, so we need to explictly add this setting.

57827c6c71 Update the-new-hotness configuration template
