Change ansible_fqdn to inventory_hostname. This fixes some few hosts that have incorrect reverse dns
...
and shouldn't break any others since we always use fully qualified in our inventory.

added port 873 for the firewall

To provide access to the crawler logs on the mm frontend the crawlers
are now exporting their logs over rsync.

Add mirror.switch.ch to rsync ACL
...
After the announcement that the I2 master mirror will be shutdown
mirror.switch.ch requested to be added to the tier 0 rsync ACL.
This commit also removes a typo in one of the hosts in the ACLs.
