5611b18b64 bodhi-pungi: only do AH artifact creation for f28-u-t for now 
We'll start doing it for f28-u when we get the kinks worked out
after the first F28 Atomic Host release.

c99ece376c Use Bodhi 3.6.1 on staging (and openshift, which isn't prod atm). 
This commit also adjusts Bodhi to use dogpile cache's in-memory
backend, and adjusts the backend01 to install bodhi-composer.

61fc61dcd8 bodhi-pugni: ostree installer, subs arch into repo urls 
Since we are using a for loop for ostree_installer let's go
ahead and substitute [[arch]] in the urls there.

d082e5e8a9 bodhi-pungi: don't use for loop for arch, use $arch 
It turns out we don't need a for loop for this, we just needed to
use $arch instead of $basearch in the URL. Also, the for loop doesn't
work because of koji unique NVR enforcement on image builds.

d458e55c8f bodhi-pungi: use AtomicHost variant for AH things 
The compose today failed with:

```
[WARNING ] [OSTREE_INSTALLER] Patterns in config do not match any variant: ^Atomic$
```

There is no Atomic variant any longer. Let's use AtomicHost instead,
which will sync it up with what is done inthe pungi-fedora repo.

feb33826b3 bodhi-pungi: fix image-build urls for install_tree_from 
Since $basearch won't work in the url we need to manually
substitute arch. Make a for loop and specify a unique url
for each arch.

bb070496c3 Tie us to specific bodhi package versions 
This also means that when we bump this and rerun ansible, openshift will
clear the build cache.
