46b3d0f55c virthost-os: make the old storage nodes into virthosts for now. 
We can put load balancers on these and point them at the cluster.

fd1eacdb42 buildvm-aarch64-01: move to thunderx2 and give a bunch more resources 
We are very limited in how many vm's we can put on these due to low
disk space. So for now use the resources to make things nice and fast.

c01603de9d aarch64-test: These do need to be in their own group after all. 
I moved these over to the maintainer-test group, but that doesn't work
because then it tries to spin them up as openstack instances, which
they are definitely not. So, move them back to their own group that has
all the same group vars as the maintainer-test group.
