c19bb08541 Add new openQA worker hosts to the appropriate groups 
This doesn't add host_vars for them yet, as I need them to be
partially deployed so I can find the necessary info to set the
host_vars correctly...

9a4027b096 Re-enable openQA-related wiki writing services in staging 
Staging wiki auth from openqa-lab01 works again now (thanks to
Aurelien) so we can re-enable these. Also fix the grouping in
openqa_lab that was broken by the sorting done in 580cd25.

2d0ecc6cae buildvm_s390x: adjust mem and cpus on kvm s390x builders 
We got some more resources a while back and so we wanted to make more
builders, but now we are waiting on disk space to do that. In the mean
time and since the mass rebuild is coming up tuesday, just upgrade them
to f35 and use the memory and cpus we have.

198c13a8b1 copr-builders: new s390x with appropriate metadata 
Previously I couldn't pick "Fedora 34" OS type in IBM Cloud web UI, now
it was possible.  I bet this will diminish the need for additional
(e.g. subscription-manager) hacks.

f3d4f5459a buildvm-s390x-01.stg: drop the kvm version of this, use the existing Z/VM one 
Turns out there was a z/vm and a kvm version of this host with both of
them using the same ip address. ;( Lets kill off the kvm one for now and
use just the z/vm one.

74f3f9f937 ibiblio disable network linux-system-roles on ibiblio hosts for now 
ibiblio hosts use bonded pairs of etherent.
We need to adjust config to handle this before we enable it.

6227917f8e buildvmhost-s390x-01: bridge has a different mac address from the interface 
For some reason here the bridge has a different mac address than the
interface that it's using to talk to the network.

224e28131d openQA: prepare for prod deployment of latest releases 
This unifies prod and stg onto the ways of doing things for the
latest packages, and rejigs the swtpm stuff a bit to tear down
more (we shouldn't need the custom SELinux policy any more).

579e646af0 osbs: exclude docker* from upgrades 
Right now we are running a special docker on osbs nodes that allows it
to actually work with f35+ containers. Without this glibc does a syscall
that docker doesn't understand and just blocks, breaking (at least) dns
resolution in the container. So, until we move these nodes from rhel7,
we are going to have to deal with this.

In addtion to excluding this, if it ever gets mistakenly upgraded, you
need to downgrade and then: remove
'--seccomp-profile=/etc/docker/seccomp.json \' from
/usr/lib/systemd/system/docker.service
do 'systemctl daemon-reload'
do 'systemctl restart docker'
