Adam Williamson 0dd848d945 Drop all autocloudreporter stuff

autocloud is dead. We don't need this any more. I'll decommission
the bits from the hosts manually.

this directory should only have playbooks for groups of hosts
this is for hosts which should all act the same other than minor items

groupname.yml should be the filename and the hosts section should reference
the same group as in the inventory
