Adam Williamson 38a6abeae5 openqa_worker: install and enable rngd on some worker hosts ...

Some of the worker hosts have hardware RNGs (but not the x86_64
ones). Install rng-tools and enable rngd.service on these to
hopefully help with the Rawhide RNG issue.
