After the announcement that the I2 master mirror will be shutdown mirror.switch.ch requested to be added to the tier 0 rsync ACL. This commit also removes a typo in one of the hosts in the ACLs.
This role is for servers that have httpd access and error logs that we wish to sync to log01 to be able to review and backup.
