The ipsilon vm's have been swapping and using a lot of memory. We have memory to spare on those virthosts, so just bump it up to 32. Might be this will help some slowness / timeout issues some folks have seen authenticating to matrix and bugzilla. Signed-off-by: Kevin Fenzi <kevin@scrye.com>
