Michal Konecny 8f4e37a1f6 db01.stg: Double the amount of CPUs

Bodhi messaging queue on staging has around 1 000 000 messages in it and
after some investigation it seems that the processing is blocked on
database. Let's bump the amount of CPUs to 8.
