Kamil Páral 0e2222680a taskotron: add infra repos to taskotron.yaml ...

Previous infra repos were removed as part of 3cb2683c7a, which broke
our config. These new repos are the replacement.

There is no repo file present in the repos, so we need to download it
from cgit (recommended by puiterwijk).
