1.所有任务都shell去处理添加|ts输出，删除crontab_list_ts.sh减少维护工作量
2.删除tg bot交互配置参考,后面也会删除supportbot应镜像不再维护,不想在沟通解答这些问题
3.replaceNode_withRandomSleep.sh直接加载shell中，减少维护文件
4.更新readme

添加任务延迟功能
自动探测RANDOM_DELAY_MAX变量，如果设置了，则利用sed替换除必须固定时间运行的脚本以外的所有脚本任务的cron命令，在运行node前先运行sleep
