a46d3f3eda test(e2e): speed up and cover exec and Kubernetes modes (#1363)
Follow-up to https://gitea.com/gitea/runner/pulls/1362, whose crash e2e missed because it only drove the daemon on Docker.

- `dispatch`, `failure_paths` and `reusable_workflow` run through the daemon and `exec`, each on Docker and one shared k3s cluster.
- Fixed sleeps become gates the test releases, the job timeout uses a 15s runner deadline, k3s boots alongside Gitea, Gitea's data is on tmpfs.
- Outside a container, `make test-e2e` runs `go test` in a Linux container on its own network like CI, so local runs take the same paths.

Local wall time:

| | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Suite | 84s | 27–35s |
| `job_timeout` | 64s | 17s |
| `reconnect` | 22s | 4.5s |
| `capacity/serial` | 20s | 2s |
| `cli_shutdown_drains` | 14s | 2.3s |
| `kubernetes` | 31s | 21–23s |

b712c91c2d test(e2e): cover host mode, reusable workflows, scheduling, reconnect and CLI flags (#1347)
Extends the e2e suite with scenarios for host labels, local `workflow_call`, label routing, `runner.capacity`, a dropped and restored connection to Gitea, and the daemon's `--once`, `--labels` and `shutdown_timeout` behaviour.

Stacked on https://gitea.com/gitea/runner/pulls/1346, so its commit shows here until that merges. The new scenarios pass locally against gitea/gitea:latest and main-nightly.

a76ccd7020 test(e2e): cover the register/daemon CLI and failing jobs (#1346)
The e2e suite started the runner in-process and never exercised failing jobs. This adds a scenario that builds the binary and drives `register` then `daemon` against the Gitea fixture, and one for failed, skipped, continue-on-error and timed-out jobs.

Verified locally against gitea/gitea:main-nightly.

430f7bb2cf fix: handle workflow commands like GitHub's runner (#1333)
Commands the runner applies itself, like the `::set-output::` older actions still print, showed up raw in the job log. The reporter also re-parsed every line with one job-wide stop-commands and echo state, while act keeps one command handler per step, stage, composite child and hook, as GitHub does. A `::stop-commands::` left active in one of them kept the reporter suppressed for the others, so their `::add-mask::` values were never registered, and post steps logged command lines twice.

- act's command handler decides what reaches the log, as GitHub's runner does: applied commands only under `ACTIONS_STEP_DEBUG` or `::echo::on`, `::stop-commands::` and its resume line shown with long tokens masked
- Masks go straight to the reporter, which no longer parses command lines
- One parser follows GitHub's rules: leading whitespace, `##[...]` anywhere in a line, registered commands only
- Service logs honour only `::add-mask::`

4158e05dae refactor: drop logrus and other direct dependencies (#1319)
After https://gitea.com/gitea/runner/pulls/1304, logrus stayed only to forward logs from docker/cli and moby/go-archive. The runner used a small part of those: volume parsing, the build context tar, the `ssh://` connection and registry credentials. Own code that matches them replaces them, so logrus leaves the module graph. docker/cli stays for its logrus-free `opts` and `connhelper/ssh` packages.

Other dependencies that the standard library or existing ones cover go too: mergo, httprouter (replaced by `http.ServeMux`), retry-go, go-isatty, go-selinux, container-device-interface, gotest.tools and go-cmp (replaced by testify). The binary shrinks by 5%.

Behaviour differences:

1. An unreadable file in a build context is skipped with a warning, where go-archive left a truncated tar.
2. Build contexts no longer carry `security.capability` xattrs.
3. The cache and artifact servers answer HEAD on GET routes, and no longer redirect trailing slashes or answer OPTIONS.

9c4c66e70f enhance(report): add runner.log_report_level for the uploaded runner messages (#1310)
The runner's own messages between steps (not step output) were uploaded to the job log at `log.level`, so raising `log.level` for local debugging also changed what workflow authors see in Gitea, and lowering it hid messages from them.

Add `runner.log_report_level` to set that independently. Unset, it still follows `log.level`, so existing setups behave as before. An invalid value is rejected when the config loads.

470969dc74 chore(deps): update actionslib to v1.4.1 (#1313)
actionslib v1.4.1 no longer logs through logrus, so the workflow model no longer needs the logrus bridge. The bridge stays for docker/cli and moby/go-archive, which still log through logrus's global logger; the comment now says so.

actionslib now logs through slog's global logger, which the runner did not capture. A new slog bridge forwards it to the process-wide logger, so its messages keep the runner's level, format and secret masking.

7ad12038d1 feat(runner): add built-in actions framework with checkout (#871)
Adds built-in actions, native Go actions shipped with the runner and selected with `uses: builtin:<name>`. Jobs need no action download and no Node in their image.

The first one is `builtin:checkout`, a subset of `actions/checkout` with `repository`, `ref`, `token`, `path` and `fetch-depth`. Other inputs fail the step. The runner clones shallowly on its host and copies the tree into the job, while `gitea-runner exec` copies the local working directory for the workflow's own ref.

`actions/checkout` and other remote actions are unchanged. A clone ref of `HEAD` now shallow-clones the remote's default branch, which checkout uses for other repositories.

8260e2def2 test: add end-to-end Gitea compatibility suite (#1180)
Adds a real-Gitea compatibility suite against stable and nightly to catch runner and API drift before release.

The suite shares one Gitea and regular runner, using repository runners only for cache v1/v2 and ephemeral behavior. It covers registration, payload and log encoding, secrets, variables, services, artifacts, outputs, matrices, cache, dispatch, live logs, cancellation, and ephemeral teardown.

CI runs both images in parallel. Warm local timings:

| Image | Before | After |
| --- | ---: | ---: |
| `gitea/gitea:latest` | ~70s | 26.54s |
| `gitea/gitea:main-nightly` | ~54s | 22.53s |

The former serial matrix took about 2 minutes. Parallel suite execution is now bounded by the slower ~26.5-second variant.

b70ff6893a feat: gate set-env/add-path and render annotation locations (#1109)
`::set-env::` and `::add-path::` let a step rewrite the environment of every later step from its own output, which the runner honoured silently. They are now refused, as GitHub has done since 2020, and `ACTIONS_ALLOW_UNSECURE_COMMANDS` opts back in per step or job. Support for that variable is new here too, and is the only opt-in, matching GitHub rather than adding a runner config key on top.

Annotations keep their source location: Gitea has no annotation store and its web UI strips command properties, so `::error file=main.go,line=12::msg` is rendered as `::error::main.go:12: msg`.

`DEVELOPMENT.md` writes down the log line encoding rules this relies on.
