fe2a66dc25 fix: align runner behaviours (#1338)
Contains a number of small bug fixes where jobs behaved differently from GitHub or failed silently.

1. Hooks fail on a refused `::set-env::` or `::add-path::` and no longer inherit the last step's identity
1. Docker build, exec and wait errors are returned instead of swallowed, token-only registry credentials work, logs of `--tty` services decode
1. Env files split lines like GitHub on each OS, so a carriage return is kept on Linux and CRLF ends a line on Windows, empty heredoc names or delimiters are rejected
1. Post steps run after their pre step even when main was skipped, composites see undeclared inputs, `runs.args` wins without `with.args` being parsed
1. Docker actions skip evaluating defaults of inputs given in `with` and read `entryPoint` and `args` in any case, a lowercase `dockerfile` is found, undeclared inputs get GitHub's warning
1. A user-set `CI` is kept, `GITHUB_REPOSITORY_ID` and the other missing `GITHUB_*` variables are exported
1. `timeout-minutes` can read the step's own `env`, a step-level `ACTIONS_ALLOW_UNSECURE_COMMANDS: false` beats a job-level `true` while the runner's own opt-in still wins, `pwsh` quotes the script path
1. A step `env:` given as one expression such as `${{ fromJSON(matrix.env) }}` is applied, `hashFiles` fails with GitHub's messages on script errors and after 120 seconds, a job image without node still gets an empty hash
1. A step whose command files cannot be reset fails instead of importing stale ones, a timeout between steps fails the job instead of reporting success
1. One named volume can be mounted at several paths, host-mode PTY steps keep their last output when they fail, host scratch directories are removed when job setup fails
1. Cancelling a step right after it starts kills its whole process tree
1. Cache prefix restores pick the newest entry created within the same second, also on S3, cache commits with a wrong size are rejected
1. Artifact chunks are written at their offset, download URLs are escaped, listing a run without artifacts no longer crashes
1. Poll backoff reaches `fetch_interval_max`, proxy passwords are masked in more forms, secrets are also masked in step names and in their quoted form in the runner log, a failed final report is logged
1. On Windows hosts a differently cased unsecure-commands opt-in or proxy variable counts, and an early cancel no longer leaks a job object handle
1. Interactive `register` prompts for a missing token and stops on SIGTERM, `exec --list --detect-event` no longer panics without events, `config set` works on `cache.s3` keys

4158e05dae refactor: drop logrus and other direct dependencies (#1319)
After https://gitea.com/gitea/runner/pulls/1304, logrus stayed only to forward logs from docker/cli and moby/go-archive. The runner used a small part of those: volume parsing, the build context tar, the `ssh://` connection and registry credentials. Own code that matches them replaces them, so logrus leaves the module graph. docker/cli stays for its logrus-free `opts` and `connhelper/ssh` packages.

Other dependencies that the standard library or existing ones cover go too: mergo, httprouter (replaced by `http.ServeMux`), retry-go, go-isatty, go-selinux, container-device-interface, gotest.tools and go-cmp (replaced by testify). The binary shrinks by 5%.

Behaviour differences:

1. An unreadable file in a build context is skipped with a warning, where go-archive left a truncated tar.
2. Build contexts no longer carry `security.capability` xattrs.
3. The cache and artifact servers answer HEAD on GET routes, and no longer redirect trailing slashes or answer OPTIONS.

81add27459 feat(cache): add shared S3-compatible storage (#1244)
Store the cache used by `actions/cache` in an S3-compatible bucket such as AWS S3 or RustFS, with no `cache-server`. Runners with the same settings use the same cache.

A cache saved on one runner can be restored on the others within 30 seconds. The runner talks to the bucket over the S3 REST API with SigV4, without an SDK. Lifecycle rules on the bucket expire old caches.

ace8653105 feat!: serve the actions cache from the runner (#1229)
Make cache requests go through the runner and remove outbound traffic from the cache server. The runner forwards them to `cache.external_server` when one is set, and attaches itself to each job network so jobs can reach it.

Benefits:

1. Jobs need no http proxy rules for the cache server, which `@actions/http-client` mishandles for CIDR ranges in `no_proxy` (https://github.com/actions/toolkit/pull/2495).
2. Only runners reach a shared cache server, which needs no route to Gitea.
3. A runner container sharing the host Docker socket now caches, where jobs previously could not reach it.

Breaks:

1. Jobs that reach `external_server` but not their runner, such as a remote `DOCKER_HOST`. The built-in cache has always needed that reachability, so both modes now agree. Set `cache.host` and `cache.port` to an address those jobs reach.
2. Jobs on `container.network: bridge`, where Docker rejects the alias, so the runner cannot attach and their cache fails as it does today. Leave `container.network` empty, or name a user-defined network.

2ed8cdb76e fix: stop artifact uploads depending on the cache server reaching Gitea (#1216)
Cache v2 makes the cache server the `ACTIONS_RESULTS_URL` origin, so artifact calls arrived there and were proxied on to Gitea, failing whenever it could not reach the instance.

- Artifact calls are answered with a redirect, so the cache server opens no connection to Gitea. A scheme change or an untrusted instance is still proxied, but there the cache server is the runner itself, which already reaches Gitea.
- Failures answer in twirp, not an empty `502` that clients report as `Unexpected end of JSON input`.
- `cache.v2: false` really points artifacts at Gitea now.
- Cache reservations are bound to the job that made them, so two jobs saving one key cannot commit against each other's upload, and a retry after a lost answer no longer fails a saved entry.
- The toolkit patch, which edits the GitHub-host check out of an action's bundle, was left in the shared checkout where a job running with `runner.patch_actions: false` could inherit it. It is put back after the job's copy.
- `exec` names an origin for the cache v2 it advertises, and masks its runtime token.

Behaviour changes: `no_proxy` no longer exempts `cache.external_server`, and `cache.enabled: false` also stops external registration.

be90c01468 feat: add size-based cache eviction (#1170)
The cache server retired entries 30 days after creation regardless of use, so a job that ran often enough to keep its cache warm still lost it on a fixed schedule. Nothing bounded the disk either.

Retention now counts from last access alone, and a repository over its limit sheds least recently accessed entries until it fits, enforced on commit as well as on the periodic sweep.

```yaml
cache:
  retention: 168h        # remove entries not accessed for seven days
  repo_size_limit: 10GB  # cap each repository
  size_limit: 0          # cap the whole cache, off by default
  sweep_interval: 1h     # minimum time between sweeps
```

Sizes accept `10GB`, `512mb`, `1TiB` or a plain byte count, binary either way. Leave a key out for its default; `0` turns a limit off, and `0s` does the same for `retention`. Whatever these allow, the cache also sheds entries to keep free space above `health_check.min_free_disk_space_mb` when health checks are enabled, so it cannot grow past the point where the runner stops accepting work.

Supporting fixes: serving an entry stamps its access time, so a find cannot hand a job a download URL for an entry the next eviction is about to remove; an entry larger than the limit is dropped on its own account rather than emptying its repository to make room; and a blob that cannot be unlinked keeps its row, so the next sweep retries instead of orphaning bytes no limit can account for.

e178c03adc fix(cache): build job URLs on the address its runner registered (#1153)
The cache server built every URL it hands a job from its own listen address, so jobs whose runner reaches it through a reverse proxy were sent to the internal one. This covered the v1 `archiveLocation`, the v2 signed cache URLs and `ACTIONS_RESULTS_URL`.

Runners now register the address their jobs reach the server at, next to the instance URL they already send. The cache-server needs no configuration of its own, and runners that reach it differently each get their own correct address.

3618385b28 fix: serve the whole results service from the cache server (#1141)
`ACTIONS_RESULTS_URL` names one origin serving every `github.actions.results.api.v1` service. Gitea serves the artifact half and this runner the cache half, so announcing `ACTIONS_CACHE_SERVICE_V2` while that URL pointed at Gitea was a promise the environment could not keep, and `docker buildx` posted its cache calls at Gitea and got a 404.

The cache server now forwards the artifact half to the instance each job registers with, so it is the whole results service and jobs are pointed at it. The announcement follows, and the bundle patch follows the cache URL instead.

Also fixes three things no JavaScript client reached: camelCase in the v2 responses where the Go clients read proto names, the missing `x-ms-request-id` on blob uploads that panics buildkit, and `cache.external_server` passed through without the trailing slash the v1 client concatenates onto.

Tests run the real actions against the services they look for: `actions/cache` over both API versions, the artifact actions up and back down through the forwarding, and `setup-node`. The regression itself is covered by asserting that whatever a job is handed as `ACTIONS_RESULTS_URL` answers a cache service call.

47d5b5ad03 feat!: add cache service v2, add toolkit patches (#1110)
Serves `github.actions.results.api.v1.CacheService` next to the v1 cache API, sharing its store, plus the subset of the Azure blob protocol the toolkit uploads with. On by default via `cache.v2`, and works with `external_server`.

Clients reach it through two edits in the action's own bundle: the GHES check is opened, and the cache service URL is taken from `ACTIONS_CACHE_URL`.

The same GHES check is what makes the stock `actions/upload-artifact` and `download-artifact` abort on Gitea. Opening it makes them work without the `gitea-upload-artifact` fork, from `upload-artifact@v4.4.0` on.

Verified against 118 real bundles, every major version of 16 actions: 92 patched, the rest deliberately left alone, and every patched bundle checked with `node --check`. Also end to end against pinned `actions/cache@v6.1.0` with an unreachable results URL, so only the patch can make the cache work.
