4a30847bea Remove Greenwave Code 
No implementations of MBS are using Greenwave, and there are no current plans
to do so. Koji Resolver will be sufficient for any usecase dependent on gating.

6400b64741 Add test_memory 
- Add a script that runs test MBS instance.
- Add memory tracking test-case.
- New tox environment: run with 'tox -e memory'.
