Estrella Pan c8f402fd68 chore: bump version to 3.3.0-beta.2 ...

CHANGELOG: fold the unreleased in-app updater + multi-provider LLM
entries into 3.3.0-beta.2 and add the WebUI UX/a11y/perf pass and
post-review backend fixes. docs/changelog/3.3.md (the release body)
gains the beta.2 highlights.
