严格检查全部宿主源码，清零类型错误预算并移除按模块类型豁免。
按原因、所属方法、错误码及语法指纹锁定必要兼容例外和站点类型桩，
CI 阻断新增忽略、检查范围退化、本地桩替代真实接口及新的类型错误。
修复空值、异步和供应方类型边界，保持插件与 API 兼容合同，
并补充存储、订阅、通知、Agent 和工作流边界的回归覆盖。

9 处裸构造 MediaType(x) 改为 MediaType.from_agent(x) or MediaType(x)，与 search.py/site.py 既有写法一致。智能体按 API 入参规约传入 movie/tv/music 时不再抛 ValueError 返回 500，中文原生枚举值仍走原分支，无行为变化。
涉及：media.py detail、tmdb.py(3)、douban.py(2)、mediaserver.py not_exists、subscribe.py create_subscribe、transfer.py _execute_manual_transfer。

- 新增 skip_success 参数，规划前过滤已有成功整理历史的文件项
- 提取 _has_successful_manual_transfer_history 统一成功历史检测
- 重构 _get_successful_manual_transfer_histories 合并目录/文件查询路径
- 提取 _deduplicate_fileitems 去重逻辑为独立函数
- _TransferSubmissionCollector 增加跳过计数与回执展示
- 预览与执行共用候选范围，失败项保留重试规则
- 补充覆盖单选/多选/历史入口及混合目录的完整测试
