fix(types): clear host mypy debt and prevent typing regressions

严格检查全部宿主源码，清零类型错误预算并移除按模块类型豁免。
按原因、所属方法、错误码及语法指纹锁定必要兼容例外和站点类型桩，
CI 阻断新增忽略、检查范围退化、本地桩替代真实接口及新的类型错误。
修复空值、异步和供应方类型边界，保持插件与 API 兼容合同，
并补充存储、订阅、通知、Agent 和工作流边界的回归覆盖。

fix(subscribe): convert douban/bangumi identity to TMDB on subscribe

识别源为 TMDB 时，手动订阅电视剧或电影若传入豆瓣、Bangumi 等非 TMDB 身份，
订阅链现在会先通过 convert_media_identity 换成 TMDB 整剧身份，再按 TMDB 识别，
与豆瓣想看、豆瓣榜单插件的订阅口径保持一致。
非 TMDB 来源把每一季当作独立条目，标题和年份都是季级的。此前手动订阅只拆出季号、
仍以季条目作为主身份，下载记录与整理随之按季标题生成独立剧集目录，媒体库里出现
多部同名剧。转换失败时沿用原身份，识别源不是 TMDB 时不做转换。
