- 在 TemplateContextBuilder 中添加 season_fmt 字段，用于存储 Sxx 格式的季号

6b81f3ce5f feat(template)：实现缓存机制以提升性能 
- 在 `TemplateHelper` 和 `TemplateContextBuilder` 中集成 TTLCache（带过期时间的缓存），提升数据复用能力
- 引入 `build_context_cache` 装饰器，统一管理上下文构建的缓存逻辑
对媒体信息、剧集详情、种子信息、传输信息及原始对象启用缓存，减少重复计算
- 新增上下文缓存支持，为异步广播事件 NoticeMessage 提供所需上下文（可通过消息 title 与 text 内容重新获取上下文）
- 支持插件通过自定义模板灵活重构消息体，提升扩展性与灵活性
