Update Greenwave Rawhide gating policy for Cloud UEFI testing

Browse Source 
The Rawhide gating policy (not yet actually used for gating)
needs to be updated now we're running Cloud tests on UEFI not
BIOS. This test was coming up 'missing' every day.
