4b31ac5152 ansible: Change all our group names from foo-bar to foo_bar or foo-bar-baz to foo_bar_baz 
In ansible 2.8 the - character isn't supposed to be valid in group names.
While we could override this, might has well just bite the bullet and change it.
So, just switch all group names to use _ instead of -

6c390c669b First cut at migrating openqa-stg to fedmsg-3 
This includes some tweaks to the core fedmsg roles to allow a
'generic' way of indicating that a box should use fedmsg-hub-3
not fedmsg-hub, and make the restart notification work for that.

f25f038140 Add the CentOS Fedmsg Relay to the production bus 
Fixes: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/6281

We are currently filtering -only- org.centos.prod messages through this
relay, and the fedmsg-meta work is all finished (thanks @pingou!). We
should be able to publish to the prod bus now.

b332de14b3 Add a root logger to the fedmsg base logging config 
This alters the logging configuration for all fedmsg applications. It
adds a root logger configuration which handles messages that are not
covered by other loggers (and which also have ``propagate=False``). This
means that all Python modules will now be able to emit log messages,
rather than those in the ``fedmsg`` or ``moksha`` Python packages (or
other packages that use their loggers).

a1618aa1d1 Add markdown formatting to fedmsg err emails. 
This way, we can copy and paste the emails directly into github/pagure issues to
track them.  Like this one, for instance:
