31c076f025 resultsdb: increase timeout on liveness probe 
A 1 second health check seems to be too much for this currently, lets
try bumping that up to 5 and see if that stops it being killed a bunch.

bf3a64f286 resultdb: add coreos user to submit results from coreos 
Just add another user here to be allowed to submit results for coreos
tests. Creds sent out of band.

ebd579858d resultsdb: Fix logging setup 
Newer ResultsDB releases use LOGGING dict to set up logging.

The old options were removed completely since these were defaults for a
long time anyway.
