c76e5820a7 Disable memcached access 
It seems to somehow cause trouble suddenly, with a deadlock, the
last commit didn't seems to fix it.

59d1db1855 Avoid deadlock on the distributed cache 
It seems that under some condition, tahrir do manage to get itself
in a deadlock. While the exact cause is unknown, we should at least
let the problem clear itself with a timeout.

ed20388baf copr: builders: re-enable root cache 
I was wrong.  We actually use the root cache, because we - for each
build_chroot - build src.rpm separately, and once src.rpm is ready we
build binary rpm.

This reverts commit b768a27fafd28ab0168279c9d7d474021a1f6534.
