5c3e244272 Add a run_fasClient_simple playbook 
This playbook runs fasClient only on the hosts of interest for most
of our users (ie: who are not in sysadmin*).

4ebc104f82 Don't unsilence nagios after Koschei upgrade 
Lets wait until downtime expires by itself to give people time to
monitor Koschei and fix problems that may appear after upgrade.
