66ce205d8a roles/fedoraloveskde: Use hard git resets with an origin 
For fedoraloveskde.org, we currently directly push the pre-built website
into the repo branches until we figure out a better approach. Thus the
hisotry does not matter at all here and we just need the latest commit
fetched and switched to. We can thus directly fetch changes and reset,
specify the commit we want to use.

c4e09f1e0b fedmsg / irc: disable most of the fedmsg-irc bots 
These bots are noisy and the stream of messages doesn't seem to have
much use case. Most people in those channels already get emails and
other notifications about these, so it just seems like noise.

We keep fedora-fedmsg and fedora-fedmsg-stg overall ones, as they can be
of use for some use cases.

038ea8098d [the-new-hotness] Update to F34 
Fedora 32 doesn't support rpmautospec because of old version of
rpmdevtools. Update to F34 to have never version of rpmdevtools which is
taking the rpmautospec in account.

fd7812ca89 Update Greenwave Rawhide gating policy for Cloud UEFI testing 
The Rawhide gating policy (not yet actually used for gating)
needs to be updated now we're running Cloud tests on UEFI not
BIOS. This test was coming up 'missing' every day.

78a1f1bbbb robosignatory: add epel7/8 sidetag signing. 
Turns out we were not signing these before, even though we have been
offering the sidetags for a while. Finally someone used them and broke
updates pushes. ;)

79e99af9ce postgresql_server: Do not run the timescaledb setup on all the staging db servers. 
We only want to run this on db-datanommer02, not that and all the other
staging postgresql servers. :)

12c416c9ac pkgdb for gnome software: add duplicate enties for Fedora Linux in f35+ 
In F35,
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Fedora_Linux_in_os-release
changes the name of Fedora installs from Fedora to Fedora Linux.
gnome-software uses this key to read this faugh pkgdb file to tell when
to offer dist upgrades. We need to handle older versions that see
"Fedora" as well as new ones that see "Fedora Linux".

960de34413 Fix non-zeroed data 
Matthew Miller found that running the awk script over multiple days
caused newer releases than F33 would go up forever. This fix should
zero out all the new variables.

07076b9f9a Fix traceback in old mirror counting program. 
When a corrupt date is found in the log file, I have the program
default of 1970-01-01 but because there is a lookup used it needed to
be 1970-Jan-01 which would then get replaced by 1970-01-01.

b00d1d2f85 blockerbugs: define BLOCKERBUGS_URL and simplify the config file 
BLOCKERBUGS_URL needs to be defined in order to show correct links in the
staging environment. While fixing that, realized that most of the if-else
clauses were unnecessary, because there are already group vars for that. So
simplified the config file by using the vars. KOJI_URL is dropped because it's
no longer needed.
