943342509c debuginfod: enable --koji-sigcache to serve IMA signatures 
With f41's elfutils-debuginfod-0.192-5, we're finally ready to start
serving per-file IMA signatures to remote debuginfo clients.  This
additional flag is needed because fedora/koji stores stripped rpm-ima
signatures in a nearby file rather than in the retained RPM.

b2368ae447 [toddlers] Remove debug logs from production 
Two components were set to DEBUG log level. We don't want that on production.
Let's set it to INFO.

c83cd910bf [mailman3] Remove the search restriction from hyperkitty 
The list search index generation is finished now and this should re-enable the
search on hyperkitty web page again. This should fix both
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/12027 and
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/12043

a public place.

This is a bit more broad than we want, we only want to have:

  Supplemental Groups Strategy: RunAsAny
    Ranges:                                     <none>

but as a quick fix it should be ok I hope.
It does provide that.

469dbff21b mirrormanager: try adding ftpsync as supplementary group 
Right now mirrormanage isn't able to update mirrorlists because we have
a pre bitflip release thats not open to it. It gets a perm denied and
just crashes.

We use this pattern already in coreos where they have to deal with
ftpsync owned content (although it's writing there, not reading).
