05b1ea3ed9 Revert "Require copr > 1.74 for module repo API" 
Revert until copr > 1.74 with required API method is released.
Also all copr dependencies should be optional.
This reverts commit 438df130d5958215f93cc448d06ec2dba3b42f97.
