Petr Šabata ff1ed9926a Don't define DistTag anymore 
Fedora 30 now includes rpm-4.14.2.1-4.fc30 with support for
ModularityLabel.  We're not using the DistTag anywhere anymore and it
should be safe to drop it at this point.
