fix(types): clear host mypy debt and prevent typing regressions

严格检查全部宿主源码，清零类型错误预算并移除按模块类型豁免。
按原因、所属方法、错误码及语法指纹锁定必要兼容例外和站点类型桩，
CI 阻断新增忽略、检查范围退化、本地桩替代真实接口及新的类型错误。
修复空值、异步和供应方类型边界，保持插件与 API 兼容合同，
并补充存储、订阅、通知、Agent 和工作流边界的回归覆盖。

fix: 修正精确搜索与模糊搜索的 response_model
...
/search/media/{media_id} 与 /search/title 的 response_model 声明为
Response[list[TorrentInfo]]，而 SearchChain.async_search_by_id 与
async_search_by_title 实际返回的是 List[Context]。
Context.to_dict() 产出 {meta_info, media_info, torrent_info} 三层结构，
与 TorrentInfo 的字段完全不相交，被 pydantic 按 response_model 序列化后
所有字段都变成 null，接口对外返回一批空壳数据。
改为与同文件 /search/last 一致的 List[_SchemaContext]，
由 ResponseAPIRouter 统一包装成 Response[List[Context]]。

fix: align media recognition fallback and shared reporting

Route title and path lookups through the fallback-aware entrypoints so auxiliary matches can reuse pre-assist keywords without forcing image fetches in lightweight flows. Also reduce noisy agent shutdown logging during cleanup.
