Jellyfin 12 将 IItemRepository.SaveItems 迁移到 IItemPersistenceService.SaveItems，
反射双路径兼容 JF10/11 与 JF12，避免 MissingMethodException，同时修复 UpdateItemsAsync 漏 await。

fix: 修复开启ASS生成与实时监控时互相触发死循环

- 事件入口过滤插件生成的弹幕文件(.xml/.danmu.ass)事件，切断循环
- ProcessQueuedUpdateMeta 对比ProviderIds，无变化时跳过保存，避免重写NFO再触发监控
- DownloadDanmu 增加per-item锁串行化并发，并按磁盘xml文件mtime做冷却期检查(可配置，默认72小时)
- SaveDanmu 内容无变化不写盘，写入改为临时文件+原子替换

The old mobileso.bz.mgtv.com/msite/search/v2 endpoint returns 403
Forbidden. Switch to the new mobileso.bz.mgtv.com/pc/search/v2 endpoint
which requires an MD5 signature (secret + sorted query + secret) that
matches the so.mgtv.com frontend.
Also adapt the search result entity to the new response structure:
contents are now typed serial/movie/program, desc is a {label,text}
list, and variety shows expose seasons via yearList.
Add assertions to MgtvApiTest and cover movie/variety search cases.
