This adds openQA server, worker and dispatcher roles, and
applies them to the appropriate hosts. A few secret vars are
required. See trac #4958 for discussion.

Enable mirrorlist-server logging
...
With the logs from the mirrorlist-server logging it is possible
to create country/repository/architecture statistics.
The code which creates the actual statistics is partially already
included into mirrormanager.
